You mean a camode? Idk if they make beds with toilets. If they do I'm gonna be super happy.

For me, I think the best way to deal with health, washing and toilet will be for a lift to be installed above the bed with a trolly or bench on wheels able to move my girl into a wet room next to the bedroom.
